My names Emma, I’m 40+ and a registered and qualified Clinical & Analytical Hypnotherapist with a busy private practice situated in Billericay. I provide Clinical & Analytical Hypnotherapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy & Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) services to Billericay, Brentwood & surrounding areas.
I am currently undertaking a Masters in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy & Counselling at the BACP & UKCP accredited Metanioa Institute, London. I completed the 4 years official training and a placement at MIND for 1 year and have been seeing private clients since 2012 with regular fortnightly supervision. I am in the process of completing the dissertation for a Masters and Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy & Counselling. I’m an advanced Masters trainee Psychotherapist & Counsellor. I am also accredited with the Central Register of Stop Smoking Therapists (CRSST) and a preferred accredited practitioner with Anxiety UK.
My background before hypnotherapy was Social/Welfare work in Child Protection, Healthy Families Program, Family Mediation, Young People with Challenging Behaviour and Post Natal Anxiety & Depression Groups.
My training is fully accredited and validated with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), The Hypnotherapy Society and The Hypnotherapy Association.
I am fully insured and a member of The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and work within the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy. I am also registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

“As a smoker for 30 years I didn’t think I would be able to give up at all, I thought it’d be too difficult. I decided on the 3 session stop smoking as 1 session seemed too quick for me. I felt really supported by Emma all round and we found lots of alternatives so I didn’t feel like I was losing something.
